Delivery Information
UK Deliveries
All goods are carefully packed and shipped as soon as they are available to fulfill your order. Post and Packing charges depend on the total weight of the items ordered, typically this adds 10% to the value of your order: Up to 20kg costs £13.50 + VAT (£16.20) and each additional kg is 40 pence + VAT (48p).
For deliveries to Private (Home) addresses a £13.80 (£11.50 plus vat) surcharge is made by the courier - please select the correct shipping rate when checking out.
Certain heavy items (e.g. Contact Equipment) may incur additional shipping charges which may vary from any calculated shipping charges shown online and these will be advised prior to despatch.
Delivery is usually made the day following despatch.
Overseas Delivery
Overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK (Channel Islands, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Northern areas of Scotland and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles) shipping is charged at cost and may vary from any calculated shipping charges shown online and in automated emails confirming your order. We will confirm costs when we send you notification of acceptance of your order. Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days.
VAT applies to shipments to UK and other European Union destinations.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We will endeavour keep you fully informed of your order status. If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods, you will receive a full credit or refund. However, we will not be responsible for compensating for any loss incurred if the goods are not supplied or are supplied damaged or faulty.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product or offer from the website at our discretion, including the refusal of any transaction attributed to those products / offers.
DELIVERY
Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to stated delivery dates, such dates are estimates only and DoggyJumps® cannot be liable for any losses incurred caused by delay in delivery.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that adequate access is made to the property in order for delivery to take place and that they or an authorised person are present to receive the delivery. Please note that deliveries are made only to ground floor entrances.
Visible damage (i.e. after removal of all packaging) must be marked accordingly on delivery/acceptance notes and reported by telephone within 24 hours and confirmed in writing within 72 hours. Please do not use the item if you wish to make a claim for damage.
This procedure must be carried out even if someone has been appointed to take delivery on your behalf. Having received the goods any subsequent loss or damage to goods will be at your own risk.
